Nothing in sections 334.1200 to 334.1230 shall be construed to prohibit5 physicians licensed under this chapter or certified nurse midwives licensed under chapter6 335 from providing midwife services, so long as such services are lawfully performed under7 such individual's scope of practice as authorized by law and regulation.
No interment shall take place without a Burial Permit or a Cremation Certificate as is applicable, nor until the person making an arrangement for the interment have complied with all laws, rules and regulations relative to burials.
Before any interment of human remains may occur, the Burial Permit issued by the Division Registrar and showing that the death has been properly registered must be deposited with Cemetery Management.
A Burial Permit issued by the proper officer of the government where the death occurred, and a complete, signed Cemetery invoice for permission to inter a body must be completed and provided to the Cemetery before the interment is considered complete.
