The DTIDCL may, at any time after COD and subject to agreement by the Concessionaire, decide to augment the capacity of the Project by increasing the number of Bus Shelters in DTIDCL jurisdiction with a view to provide more facilities to the users.
For the avoidance of doubt, upon normal expiry of this Agreement after the lapse of its 7 years Agreement Period, sub-clause (i) above shall not be applicable and DTIDCL shall be entitled to take possession and control of the 96 Project Assets, to the exclusion of advertising panels of the Bus Shelters.
