Business Development Activities definition

Business Development Activities means, collectively, the ISP Business Development Activities and the Portal Business Development Activities.
Business Development Activities means any activity related to research and analysis of any facility other than a facility owned, directly or indirectly, by a Transferred Company, including identification of potential targets, pre-bid/offer research and analysis, bid/offer preparation support, due diligence and pre-Closing integration.
Business Development Activities means any specific job (refer to Fourth Schedule of this Agreement) to be performed by the Contractor to acquire, develop and manage business opportunities as required by the Sales Manager.
