Business Guarantor definition

Business Guarantor means every Guarantor that is not a natural person.
Business Guarantor means any such Guarantor that is a corporation, partnership, proprietorship, limited liability company or other entity regularly engaged in a business activity.
Business Guarantor means the Parent, PDC Management, PDC Investment, and every other Guarantor that is not a natural person.

  • Customer and each Business Guarantor shall maintain such other insurance as may be required by law or is customarily maintained by companies in a similar business or otherwise reasonably required by MLBFS.
