Business of the public body means the public body’s governmental functions, including any matter over which the public body has supervision, control, jurisdiction, or advisory power.

Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.
Company IT Assets means computers, Software, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation, in each case, used or held for use by a member of the Company Group.
Operations means all the activities conducted by PURCHASER under this contract, including project work, logging, or post harvest activities; or the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to successfully complete any individual item or the entire contract.
Business has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Company Systems means all information technology and computer systems, electronic data processing, record keeping systems, communications systems, telecommunications systems, networking systems, account management systems, inventory management systems and other applications, Software, hardware and equipment (including all databases, firmware and related documentation) and information contained therein or transmitted thereby, including any outsourced systems and processes, in each case necessary for or otherwise used or held for use by or on behalf of the Target Companies.
Acquired Business means the entity or assets acquired by Borrower in an Acquisition, whether before or after the date of this Agreement.
Business User means a Signing Officer, Delegate or Non-Signer.
