Business of USA means (a) audit services (i) to identify and recover lost profits from any source, including, without limitation, payment errors, missed or inaccurate discounts, allowances, or rebates, vendor pricing errors, or duplicate payments and (ii) to identify expense containment opportunities; (b) development and use of technology to provide such services; and (c) provision of related consulting services.
