Business Technology means any Technology that is used in the conduct of the Business as of the Closing.

Business Technology means all Technology used in designing, developing, manufacturing, Selling, Servicing, providing or supporting products and services of the Lumentum Business as it exists on the Effective Date.

Business Technology has the meaning set forth in INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MATTERS AGREEMENT.

Business Technology means the Technology described on the Attached Exhibit E.

Business Technology means any Technology that is used in and necessary for the conduct of the Business.

Business Technology means Technology owned by Seller and in the possession of the Photomask Business as of the Closing Date that is specific to operation of the Photomask Business. Business Technology does not include Seller's Product Mask Information.

Business Technology means the Software, IT Assets and any hardware products or services made available, provided, sold, licensed or leased to customers by the Transferred Entities with respect to the Business, including any on-premise software, apps or browser extensions made available by or provided by the Transferred Entities with respect to the Business, but specifically excluding, in each case, any Excluded Assets.

Business Technology means (i) all Technology conceived, first reduced to practice, authored, developed or otherwise created by or for the Business, and (ii) all Technology that otherwise embodies or is protected by Business Intellectual Property Rights.

Business Technology means all Technology used in or related to the operation of the Business, including all development environments, tools, test frameworks, for which Seller Parties or their Affiliates own or purport to own the underlying Intellectual Property Rights.
