Examples of Business Technology in a sentence
To the Knowledge of the Sellers, the Business Intellectual Property, the Business Technology, and the Intellectual Property licensed pursuant to the Transferred Contracts, and the operation of the Business, as of the date hereof does not infringe upon or misappropriate or otherwise violate the Intellectual Property of any third party in a manner that would, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to be material to the Business.
To the Knowledge of the Sellers, the Sellers (and, with respect to TPI Parent, the Debtor Seller Parties) (as applicable) own all right, title and interest in or have a valid right to use, the Business Intellectual Property, the Business Technology, and Intellectual Property licensed pursuant to the Transferred Contracts.
