Business Terms Sheet definition

Business Terms Sheet are the page(s) under that heading after the cover page of the Agreement that sets forth the key business terms among the Parties.
Business Terms Sheet is located in the Contract behind page 1. The Business Terms Sheet summarizes key representatives and personnel responsible for execution of the Project, key milestone dates, and key financial terms of the Contract.
Business Terms Sheet is a summary of the business terms included in the Subcontract.

  • The PMT will include representatives from each Party as identified in the Business Terms Sheet.

  • Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;

Examples of alternative diesel fuels include, but are not limited to, biodiesel, Fischer-Tropsch fuels, and emulsions of water in diesel fuel. Natural gas is not an alternative diesel fuel. An emission control strategy using a fuel additive will be treated as an alternative diesel fuel based strategy unless:

  • Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.
