Buyer Energy Schedule means the schedule of electric energy that Buyer establishes with the CAISO for electric energy produced by the Generating Facility.
Sellers Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Sellers to the Purchaser on the date hereof.
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Buyer Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Buyer to Seller on the date hereof.
Seller Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of Seller delivered to Purchaser in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.
Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).
Disclosure Letter means that certain Disclosure Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.
Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
Buyer Disclosure Letter means the letter, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Buyer to Seller prior to the execution of this Agreement and identified as the Buyer Disclosure Letter.
Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by Parent to the Company.
Seller Disclosure Letter means the letter, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Seller to Buyer prior to the execution of this Agreement and identified as the Seller Disclosure Letter.
Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.
Buyer Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Purchaser Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of Purchaser delivered to Seller in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by the Company to Parent and Merger Subsidiary.
Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).
Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
Seller Disclosure Schedules means those certain Seller Disclosure Schedules dated as of the date of this Agreement, provided by Seller to Purchaser.
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.
Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
Departmental Schedule , which means the Public Works Department Schedule of Rates in different district of West Bengal for the working area including up-to-date addenda and corrigenda, if any.
mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Country Limitation Schedule means the schedule published from time to time by Ex-Im Bank setting forth on a country by country basis whether and under what conditions Ex-Im Bank will provide coverage for the financing of export transactions to countries listed therein.
Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.
