Buyer Energy Schedule definition

Buyer Energy Schedule means the schedule of electric energy that Buyer establishes with the CAISO for electric energy produced by the Generating Facility.

Related to Buyer Energy Schedule

  • Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Vendor to the Purchaser with this Agreement.

  • Buyer Disclosure Letter means the Disclosure Letter delivered by Buyer concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule that has been delivered by Parent to Company on the date of this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.

  • Company Disclosure Schedule means the Company Disclosure Schedule delivered to Parent on the date of this Agreement.

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of all employees' shifts at a location with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Seller Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules of Seller delivered by Seller pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Departmental Schedule , which means the Public Works Department Schedule of Rates in different district of West Bengal for the working area including up-to-date addenda and corrigenda, if any.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
