Buyer Exclusion Notice shall have the meaning assigned thereto in subsection 13.3(a).
Conversion Notice means a written notice of conversion substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
Reference Notice means a notice given to the Water Services Regulation Authority under paragraph 11 or 14 of Condition B;
Reference Treasury Dealer Quotation means, with respect to the Reference Treasury Dealer and any redemption date, the average, as determined by the Trustee, of the bid and asked prices for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed in each case as a percentage of its principal amount) quoted in writing to the Trustee by such Reference Treasury Dealer at or before 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the third Business Day preceding such redemption date.
Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.
Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations means, with respect to each Reference Treasury Dealer and any Redemption Date, the average, as determined by the Trustee, of the bid and asked prices for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed in each case as a percentage of its principal amount) quoted in writing to the Trustee by such Reference Treasury Dealer at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the third Business Day preceding such Redemption Date.
Forced Conversion Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).
prohibition notice means a prohibition notice issued under clause 58(1);
Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
Indemnity Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(b).
Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).
Reset Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.07.
Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.
Valuation Notice means the notice given by the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.5(b) or Section 8.6(a) and stating the Initial Value at which a Purchase Right is to be exercised or at which a Repurchase Obligation is to be effected.
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
decision notice means a written notice of a decision by the Department regarding an individual's eligibility for benefits in a program.
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Forced Conversion Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.
Put Notice Date means the Trading Day, as set forth below, immediately following the day on which the Investor receives a Put Notice, however a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered on (a) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 9:00 am Eastern Time, or (b) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 9:00 am Eastern Time on a Trading Day. No Put Notice may be deemed delivered on a day that is not a Trading Day.
Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a).
Suspension Notice As defined in Section 6(d) hereof.
Illegality Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.02.
