Buyer Parent Energy Schedule definition

Buyer Parent Energy Schedule means the schedule of electric energy that Buyer establishes with the CAISO for electric energy delivered to the CAISO for the CAISO Global Resource ID associated with the Generating Facility.

  • Seller has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Buyer has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule that has been delivered by Parent to Company on the date of this Agreement.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Parent Disclosure Letter has the meaning set forth in Article IV.

  • Buyer Disclosure Letter means the Disclosure Letter delivered by Buyer concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Vendor to the Purchaser with this Agreement.
