Buyer Services definition

Buyer Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Buyer Services means the limited enumerated services described on Schedule B attached to this Agreement and included herein.

Buyer Services means the services that Buyer will provide to Pioneer and its Affiliates pursuant to the Pressure Pumping Services Agreement (as in effect on the Closing Date).

More Definitions of Buyer Services

Buyer Services means those transitional services to be provided by Buyer to the Company set forth on Schedule A hereto, in each case at the locations specified on Schedule A hereto.
