Bylaw Amendment means an amendment to a zoning bylaw, an official community plan bylaw, or a Regional Growth Strategy bylaw.
Bylaw Amendment means the Third Amended and Restated Bylaws of Nine in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Bylaw Amendment means the amendment to the Bylaws in form reasonably satisfactory to each Party to be effected by the Board of Directors of Sprint in connection with this Agreement and the PCS Restructuring Agreement.
