C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy definition

C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy means the C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy agreed to online by each User, as posted by C3 on its website at: xxxxx://xxxx.x0xxxxxxxxx.xxx/display/ALLDOC/C3+Hub+Privacy+Notice+and+Acceptable+Use+Policy, in its sole discretion, specifically incorporated by reference herein. The purpose of the C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy is to help protect C3, its Customers, Reseller’s Customers and the Internet community from irresponsible, abusive or illegal activities and create a legal tie between C3 and all Users. Nevertheless, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Terms of Use Agreement and the terms of the then current C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy, the terms of this Terms of Use Agreement shall prevail between C3 and the Customer. C3 may update the C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy from time to time, in its sole discretion, provided that any changes will be consistent with the purpose of that policy, as stated above, and will apply to all users of the C3 Hub.

Examples of C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy in a sentence

  • The Customer shall promptly report to C3 and use reasonable efforts to stop any breach of the C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy that is known or suspected.

  • Every User shall use the C3 Hub according to the C3 Hub Acceptable Use Policy.
