Cable System means a facility, consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated Signal generation, reception, and control equipment, that is designed to provide Cable Service, which includes Video Programming and which is provided to multiple Subscribers within a community, but “Cable System” does not include:
Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.

Trunk line means the coaxial/optic fiber cable network and other allied equipment such as receiver nodes, amplifiers, splitters etc. owned and installed by the multi-system operator or its associate companies for the purpose of transmitting Cable TV Signal to various LCOs till the receiving end of various LCOs, including the LCO, to enable them to re-transmit the Cable TV Signal to respective subscribers; All other words and expressions used in this interconnection agreement but not defined, and defined in the Act and rules and regulations made thereunder or the CTN Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in those Acts or the rules or regulations, as the case may be.
Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.

Cable television service means the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming and other programming service and subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of the video programming or other programming service.
drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;
Cable Service means the one-way transmission to Subscribers of video programming or other programming service, and Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service.
Cable Services means the transmission by cable of programs including retransmission by cable of any satellite television signals.
Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

Local Access Transport Area (LATA) is As Defined in the Act.
Exchange Message Interface or "EMI" means the format used for exchange of Telecommunications message information among Telecommunications Carriers. It is referenced in the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) document that defines industry guidelines for the exchange of message records.
Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.
Electrical Fitter means an employee who is mainly employed in the workshops manufacturing, fitting, and repairing electrical instruments, machines, and apparatus. Electrical fitting in this definition shall include armature and transformer winding, and people solely engaged in making and repairing instruments. The legitimate possession of a certificate of competency in this particular class of work issued by the Electrical Licensing Board under the Electricity Act 1994 shall be recognised as proof of efficiency.
Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility
Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.
Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Centralized Message Distribution System or "CMDS" means the operation system that Local Exchange Carriers use to exchange outcollect and IABS access messages among each other and other parties connected to CMDS.
