Calculation Amount Factor definition

Calculation Amount Factor means, in respect of a Note, the number equal to the Specified Denomination of such Note divided by the Calculation Amount.
Calculation Amount Factor means the number equal to (i) the Specified Denomination divided by (ii) the Calculation Amount.
Calculation Amount Factor means the number equal to the Specified Denomination of the relevant Instrument divided by the relevant Calculation Amount.

  • The interest payable in respect of any Instrument for a relevant period shall be an amount determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the product of the amount of interest payable per Calculation Amount, as determined in accordance with this Master Condition 7(g), and the Calculation Amount Factor of the relevant Instrument and shall be subject to a minimum of zero.

  • The interest payable in respect of any Note for a relevant period shall be an amount determined by the Calculation Agent or Determination Agent, as specified in the applicable Terms, equal to the product of the amount of interest payable per Calculation Amount, as determined in accordance with this Condition 6(f), and the Calculation Amount Factor of the relevant Note.

  • If the ‘Interest Basis’ of an Instrument is specified in the Series Terms to be ‘Pass-Through Interest’, then the amount of interest (if any) that will be payable on each Interest Payment Date will be equal to the product of the amount of interest payable per Calculation Amount, as determined in accordance with this Master Condition 7(d), and the Calculation Amount Factor and shall be subject to a minimum of zero.

Related to Calculation Amount Factor

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Interest Factor means monthly compounding, discounting or annuitizing, as applicable, at a rate set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.

  • NET INVESTMENT FACTOR The net investment factor for each subaccount is determined by dividing (1) by (2) and subtracting (3) from the result, where:

  • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Coupon Amount means (i) in respect of a Coupon Payment, the amount of interest payable on a Security for the relevant Coupon Period in accordance with Condition 5 and (ii) for the purposes of Conditions 8(c) and 8(d), any interest accrued from (and including) the preceding Coupon Payment Date (or, if none, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the due date for redemption if not a Coupon Payment Date as provided for in Condition 5(b);

  • Auction Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Fixed Coupon Amount means the amount specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Quotation Amount means the amount in the Relevant Currency stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Initial Market Bid, Initial Market Offer, Physical Settlement Buy Request or Physical Settlement Sell Request in a Participating Bidder's Initial Market Submission, a Physical Settlement Request or Limit Order Submission, as applicable, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of an amount equal to the Quotation Amount Increment.

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund. See “—Anti-dilution Adjustments Relating to the Fund; Alternate Calculation —Anti-dilution Adjustments” below.

  • Amortization Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(c).

  • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the related Principal Remittance Amount for such date minus the related Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment Amount means, for the Notes of any Series or Class, as applicable, on any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the then Outstanding Principal Balance of such Series or Class of Notes, as applicable, over (y) the Scheduled Targeted Principal Balance of such Series or Class, as applicable, for such Payment Date.

  • Discount Amount means initially $6,549,982; provided that following any issuance of additional Class C(2020-5) Notes in accordance with Section 2.09, the Discount Amount shall mean the amount specified in the Notice of Additional Issuance.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Fitch Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Fitch Guidelines for use in calculating the Agency Discounted Value of the Company’s assets in connection with Fitch’s ratings then assigned on the Preferred Shares.

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • Allocation Amount means, as of the Closing Date, the Series 2017-2 Stated Principal Amount and on any date of determination thereafter, the sum of, without duplication, (a) the Allocation Amount determined as of the later of the Closing Date or the date of determination immediately prior to the then current date of determination, plus (b) the amount of all increases in the Series 2017-2 Stated Principal Amount resulting from the issuance of additional Series 2017-2 Notes since the prior date of determination, plus (c) all reimbursements, as provided in Section 4.04(e) or otherwise, of reductions in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge- Offs or Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, minus (d) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge-Offs since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.07, minus (e) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to the application of Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.08, minus (f) the amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account or (without duplication) deposited into the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 4.05(c) or paid to the Series 2017-2 Noteholders (in each case, after giving effect to any deposits, allocations, reallocations or withdrawals to be made on that day) since the prior date of determination; provided, however, that (1) the Allocation Amount may never be less than zero, (2) the Allocation Amount may never be greater than the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount and (3) if there is a sale of Collateral in accordance with Section 4.14, the Allocation Amount will be reduced to zero upon such sale.
