This section shall describe the calibration approach and criteria using the data identified in Task 5 and following the calibration procedures described in Chapter 5 of the Update to the Traffic Analysis Toolbox, Volume III5. Note that even if the models received from Smart Columbus are calibrated, additional calibration is expected since the Columbus will not be following the processes detailed in Update to the Traffic Analysis Toolbox, Volume III. • Proposed Schedule, Budget/Resources, and Key Roles/Responsibilities The Contractor shall develop an annotated outline of an AMS Plan for review by the TOCOR and other USDOT representatives, and revise based on comments received. Next, the Contractor shall develop AMS Plan based on the approved outline for review by the TOCOR and other USDOT representatives, and revise based on feedback received. The Contractor shall submit to the TOCOR, the Revised Plan and corresponding Comment Resolution Reports that document how each comment was resolved. The Contractor shall make any final revisions based on additional feedback received. It should be noted that the development of the AMS Plan is an iterative process, and the Contractor may have to refine the plan throughout the conduct of the evaluation effort.
