The Contractor shall submit to the TOCOR, the Revised Plan and corresponding Comment Resolution Reports that document how each comment was resolved. The Contractor shall make any final revisions based on additional feedback received. It should be noted that the development of the AMS Plan is an iterative process, and the Contractor may have to refine the plan throughout the conduct of the evaluation effort.
