Call transit services definition

Call transit services mean zone call transit and local call transit between Rostelecom and the Associated operator effected by call direction from the Associated operator’s network to Rostelecom’s network through the Operator’s network in the course of long-distance and international telecommunications provided by the Operator to the Users of the Associated Operator.

Related to Call transit services

  • Transit Service means the delivery of Transit Traffic.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Container station and depot services means activities consisting in storing containers, whether in port areas or inland, with a view to their stuffing/stripping, repairing and making them available for shipments.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Large work place means a place at which, at an average 500 or more workers are employed in connection with construction work.

  • Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Construction Services Agreement (CSA) means the Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Cyber-bullying means bullying through the use of technology or any electronic communication, which shall include, but shall not be limited to, any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a:

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Transition Services Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(h).

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Additional Financial Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Brokering Services means the recruitment of individuals to participate in training that is to be subsidised under this VET Funding Contract, by an individual or organisation in exchange for payment from the Training Provider or the student, but excludes activities carried out by salaried individuals who are employees of the Training Provider whose role includes the identification and recruitment of potential students.

  • Credit Risk Management Agreement The respective agreements between the Credit Risk Manager and the Servicer and/or Master Servicer regarding the loss mitigation and advisory services to be provided by the Credit Risk Manager.

  • Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);

  • Additional Business Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.
