Call Warrants definition

Call Warrants shall have the meaning specified in Section 3 hereof.
Call Warrants means, collectively, those certain call warrants on the Underlying Securities issued under the Warrant Agent Agreement.
Call Warrants means the rights to purchase in whole or in part at the Call Price the Certificates, and thereby cause an Optional Call of the Certificates on any Call Date pursuant to the Optional Call provisions of Section 7 hereof.
