Canadian Authorities definition

Canadian Authorities means the Canadian securities regulatory authorities in each of the Canadian Jurisdictions.
Canadian Authorities has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.
Canadian Authorities is defined in Section 4.1(a).

Related to Canadian Authorities

  • Resolution Authority means an EEA Resolution Authority or, with respect to any UK Financial Institution, a UK Resolution Authority.

  • Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • UK Resolution Authority means the Bank of England or any other public administrative authority having responsibility for the resolution of any UK Financial Institution.

  • Foreign central authority means the entity designated by a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv) to perform the functions specified in the Convention.
