  • Canadian Business Employees will be offered the opportunity to transfer the account balance of their select investments and self-directed investments in the RRSP component of the KCI Savings Plan to the Neenah Paper Canadian Savings Plan and with respect to any spousal or common-law partner RRSP accounts, their spouses or common-law partners shall be offered the same opportunity.

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
