Canadian Initial Recognition Order definition

Canadian Initial Recognition Order means an order of the Canadian Court, which, among other things, recognizes the Chapter 11 Cases as a “foreign main proceeding” under Part IV of the CCAA, commences the Canadian Recognition Proceeding and grants a stay in Canada.
