The term “Canadian Prospectus” means the prospectus supplement (the “Canadian Prospectus Supplement”) relating to the Offering, which includes the pricing information omitted from the Canadian Pricing Prospectus, to be dated the date hereof and filed with the Canadian Qualifying Authorities in accordance with the Shelf Procedures, together with the Canadian Base Prospectus, including all documents incorporated therein by reference.
The Company will promptly deliver to each of the Underwriters such number of copies of the Pricing Prospectuses and Prospectuses (in both the English and French languages in the case of the Canadian Pricing Prospectus and the Canadian Prospectus) and the Registration Statement, all amendments of and supplements to such documents, if any, as the Underwriters may reasonably request.
