Canadian Relevant Governmental Body definition

Canadian Relevant Governmental Body means the Bank of Canada, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Bank of Canada, or any successor thereto.

Such Selected Period must be of one, three or six months, subject to availability. For the purposes of this Section, the expression "months" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the market from time to time;. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, from the Second Amendment Effective Date until the Covenant Reset Date, Term SOFR Rate Loans, other than for the Second Amendment Effective Date SOFR Advance, will only be made available for Selected Periods of one (1) month; 6.1.2.2 for each Selected Period, the aggregate principal amount requested to be outstanding on a Term SOFR Rate Basis.
