Unpaid Expenses definition

Unpaid Expenses means all Unpaid Company Expenses and all Unpaid Pathfinder Expenses.
Unpaid Expenses means all unpaid expenses of Seller incurred in connection with the transaction, including attorney’s fee and expenses incurred by Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, taxes, transfer taxes, severance and accrued and unpaid employee benefit costs, and transaction fees and expenses.
Unpaid Expenses means the Unpaid Company Expenses and Unpaid SPAC Expenses, in each case to the extent limited pursuant to Section 2.3(b).

  • In the event Client unilaterally terminates Agreement prior to maturity for cause, Client shall not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees, and shall immediately pay to Consultant all Consulting Fees and Unpaid Expenses due and payable through the date of termination.

Unpaid Expenses means Unpaid Everest Expenses plus Unpaid Olympus Expenses.
