To the Holders of Class A Certificates the amount of each such Holder’s liquidating distribution with respect to the remaining portion of their Capital Account Balance as determined by Freddie Mac in accordance with Section 11.02 of the Standard Terms (generally equal to Gain Share as calculated pursuant to the Series Certificate Agreement).
The initial Opening Capital Account Balance of each Member shall be equal to such Member’s Initial Capital Contribution.
