Capital Call Period definition

Capital Call Period means, if a Collateral Shortfall occurs and the Relevant Cure Time for such Collateral Shortfall is the Extended Cure Time for such Collateral Shortfall, the period from the Cure Time for such Collateral Shortfall to the earliest of (i) such Extended Cure Time and (ii) the time by which Borrower has cured such Collateral Shortfall pursuant to Section 2.06(c).
Capital Call Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date on which Jupiter Sub-1 and Lucky Sub-1 are no longer required to fund Shared Contributions pursuant to clause 6.4.
Capital Call Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the date that is twenty-four (24) months from the Final Closing Date or such earlier date as determined by the Managing Member.
