Capital Contribution Account definition

Capital Contribution Account means any or all of the Class 1 Capital Contribution Account, the Supplemental Capital Contribution Account and/or the MCG Class 2 Capital Contribution Account, as the context requires.
Capital Contribution Account means each account established by a Borrower, in the name of such Borrower, with an Eligible Depository Institution into which (a) Capital Contributions received or otherwise collected from Investors shall be deposited or (b) other funds not related to Capital Calls may (at the option of the Borrower) be deposited, and which is the “Account” as identified and defined in each Assignment of Capital Contribution Account delivered in accordance with the terms hereof.
Capital Contribution Account means the Deposit Account maintained by FS CREIT with Agent as account number 210667024 into which Investor capital contributions are deposited from time to time.

More Definitions of Capital Contribution Account

Capital Contribution Account means each Partner's total Capital Contributions, as adjusted by Section 3.2.
