Capital Distributions definition

Capital Distributions means, at any time of determination, the cumulative amounts of any distributions made pursuant to Section 9.1(B)(3) with respect to a Class A Unit from the Capital Transaction Account on or prior to such time. Any Class A Units issued pursuant to Section 7.11(C) or 7.12 shall be deemed to have received all Capital Distributions made with respect to the Class A Units issued in the Initial Offering.
Capital Distributions means distributions made by OCGH in respect of the return of capital.
Capital Distributions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B)(5).

Examples of Capital Distributions in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions of the LP Act and of such similar legislation in Canada and elsewhere as is applicable to the Partnership, the liability of the Limited Partner for the debts, liabilities and obligations of the Partnership will be limited to its Capital Contribution Balance and solely to the extent required by applicable law, the amount of any Capital Distributions received by it.

  • The Trustee shall not be entitled to redeem the Certificates, and the Trustee shall not be entitled to dissolve the Trust otherwise than as provided in this Condition 10 (Capital Distributions of the Trust), Condition 13 (Purchase and Cancellation of Certificates) and Condition 14 (Dissolution Events).

  • No further amounts will be payable on any Certificate from and including the Dissolution Date on which such Certificate has been redeemed in accordance with Condition 12 (Capital Distributions of the Trust) and Condition 15 (Dissolution Event).


More Definitions of Capital Distributions

Capital Distributions means the amount of Available Cash or property (valued at Fair Market Value) distributed to the Partners pursuant to Section 7.4.1(a);
Capital Distributions means a payment made, liability incurred or other consideration given as a dividend, return of capital or other distribution in respect of the Borrower’s capital stock or other equity interest, excluding dividends or distributions made solely in the form of capital stock of the Borrower.
Capital Distributions means distributions attributable to Net Capital Proceeds.
Capital Distributions means any capital distributions made or dividends paid to the ordinary shareholders of the Target after the date of this document and on or before the Completion Date.

Capital Distributions means an amount distributed to a Partner pursuant to Section 5.1(b)(iii).
