Capital Trust Securities definition

Capital Trust Securities has the meaning specified in the first recital of this Indenture.
Capital Trust Securities means either AAG Capital Trust Securities or AFG Capital Trust Securities, as applicable.
Capital Trust Securities means capital stock issued by American Financial Capital Trust I or any other trust or similar entity, the proceeds of which are invested by such Person in an equivalent amount of Subordinated Debentures.

The amount of Redeemable Capital Interests deemed to be outstanding at any time for purposes of this Indenture will be the maximum amount that the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries may become obligated to pay upon the maturity of, or pursuant to any mandatory redemption provisions of, such Redeemable Capital Interests or portion thereof, exclusive of accrued dividends.

  • Trust Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2.

  • Redeemable Capital Stock means any Capital Stock of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that, either by its terms, by the terms of any security into which it is convertible or exchangeable or otherwise, (a) is or upon the happening of an event or passage of time would be required to be redeemed on or prior to the final stated maturity of the securities or (b) is redeemable at the option of the holder thereof at any time prior to such final stated maturity or (c) is convertible into or exchangeable for debt securities at any time on or prior to such final stated maturity.

  • Definitive Preferred Securities Certificates means Preferred Securities issued in certificated, fully registered form that are not Global Preferred Securities.

  • New Securities Trustee means a bank or trust company reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, as trustee with respect to the New Securities under the New Securities Indenture.

  • Preferred Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Preferred Securities, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C.

  • Definitive Capital Securities Certificates means either or both (as the context requires) of (i) Capital Securities Certificates issued as Book-Entry Capital Securities Certificates as provided in Section 5.11, and (ii) Capital Securities Certificates issued in certificated, fully registered form as provided in Section 5.13.

  • Trust Security means any one of the Common Securities or the Preferred Securities.

  • Class C Trustee Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
