Capped Servicing Fee definition

Capped Servicing Fee means, with respect to the Servicing Fee payable to the Backup Servicer if it has become Servicer and with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) 10.00% and (ii) Collections for the related Collection Period.
Capped Servicing Fee. With respect to any Collection Period when the Backup Servicer has become the Servicer, the greater of (x) an amount equal to the product of (i) 10.00% and (ii) Collections received during such Collection Period (exclusive of amounts received under any Hedging Agreement) and (y) $5,000.

Related to Capped Servicing Fee

  • Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.
