If the CHARTERER wishes to invoke this clause, he shall give immediate notice the Captain directly, (or via the Broker) the CHARTERER shall not be liable for extra costs relating to the immobilization of the vessel but will remain liable for normal expenses during the period of disablement.
The CHARTERER shall give notice of any complaint in the first instance to the Captain on board and note shall be taken of the time, date and nature of the complaint.
