Car Parking Area means an area either enclosed or unenclosed, covered or open excluding open car parking areas reserved for common areas and facilities to park vehicles located at any level and includes all types of car parking areas sanctioned by the Competent Authority;

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent, or Overflow Parking Rent be reduced by any such adjustment.

  • A922 If any subsequent alteration to the intended writing or subsidiary writing credit is intended, the Producer shall notify the Guild and all Writers involved of its intended alteration, but in any case the Producer shall notify any Writer who has been engaged subsequent to the first day of production as to proposed final credit.

  • In the event Additional Ready Car Parking Area is available and is so designated by the Airport Director, an Additional Ready Car Parking Area will be offered to each rental car company.
