Card Mailer definition

Card Mailer means the folder sent with each Card.
Card Mailer means a document we provide to you to which your Card(s) is/are attached. “Statement” is defined in Section 8 of this Agreement. “Balance Transfer” is defined in Section 26 of this Agreement. “Index” is defined in Section 10.A of this Agreement. Other terms are defined elsewhere in this Agreement.
Card Mailer means the folder sent with each Card. “Cash Advance Limit” means that portion of your Credit Limit that is available to be used for Cash Advances. “Credit Limit” means the total dollar amount of credit available to you under the terms of this Agreement. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Nicolet National Bank, 000 X Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxx, XX 00000. “You” and “your” refer to each person and/or entity who applied for the Account or who agreed to be responsible for the Account. About your Card Use. When you use, sign or retain the Card, you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, which include any subsequent amendments. You certify that the information you have given Nicolet National Bank for the purpose of obtaining credit is true and complete. You also give us the right to verify and obtain additional information regarding your credit standing. You also agree to repay all debts, finance charges, or other fees or charges arising from the use of the Card. You are responsible and agree to pay us for charges made by yourself and any other person you authorize to use the Card. You may not use the Card for any illegal or unlawful transaction including illegal internet gambling, and we may decline to authorize any transaction that we believe poses an undue risk of illegality. This Agreement is negotiated in the State of Wisconsin and all matters arising from the issuance of your Card shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. We may amend this Agreement at any time, by adding, deleting, or changing provisions of this Agreement in accordance with applicable law. All amendments will comply with applicable notice requirements of federal and Wisconsin laws that are in effect at that time. Changes to some terms may require 90 days’ notice and we will tell you in the notice that you may reject the change in terms. In the event you reject the change in terms we may then close your Card account. Termination of the account does not affect your liability for full payment of the balance owed. We cannot change certain terms during the first year of your Card membership. Information, including rates, finance charges, or other terms, in this disclosure is accurate as of April 2018. Examples of Card Mailer in a sentence

  • Except for any introductory or other special offer APR, each APR is a variable rate equal to the Prime Rate plus any margin shown on the Card Mailer or in the special offer.

"Direct mail" includes tangible personal property supplied directly or indirectly by the purchaser to the direct mail seller for inclusion in the package containing the printed material. "Direct mail" does not include multiple items of printed material delivered to a single address.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Cards means either a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card, debit card (or other similar card that requires a PIN for identification purposes), or pre-paid, stored-value or gift card.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Wireless provider means a wireless infrastructure provider or a wireless services provider.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Mass mailing means over two hundred substantially similar pieces of mail, but does not include a form letter or other mail that is sent in response to an unsolicited request, letter or other inquiry.

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • ATM means automated teller machine.

  • Cardmember means a person to whom a card is issued and includes the supplementary cardmember where the context requires;
