Compliance Matters definition

Compliance Matters means any Law (hereinafter defined) to which Seller, the Business or the Assets may be subject on or prior to the Closing.
Compliance Matters means any Law including OSHA, Environmental Laws, and ERISA to which the Company, the Business or the Assets may be subject prior to the Closing.
Compliance Matters means: employment categories; classifications; minimum weekly wages; junior rates; allowances; overtime and penalties; breaks; annual leave; personal/carer’s leave; and public holidays.

  • The Sub-Advisor shall provide to the Trust CCO: (i) quarterly reports confirming the Sub-Advisor’s compliance with the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures in managing the Sub-Advisor Assets, and (ii) certifications that there were no Material Compliance Matters involving the Sub-Advisor that arose under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures that affected the Sub-Advisor Assets.

Related to Compliance Matters

  • Material Compliance Matter has the same meaning as the term defined in Rule 38a-1, and includes any compliance matter that involves: (1) a violation of the federal securities laws by Distributor (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents); (2) a violation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures; or (3) a weakness in the design or implementation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures.

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule designed to achieve compliance with limits, reduce pollutants in the effluent, improve the pretreatment system, etc. A permit compliance schedule does not relieve the permittee of its obligations to comply with applicable pretreatment standards and pretreatment requirements, including the prohibitions against pass through and interference. Such schedules are included in Part I of the permit.

  • Compliance Order means an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer pursuant to subdivision (a) of section 15 of this local law.

  • Labor compliance agreement means an agreement entered into between a contractor or subcontractor and an enforcement agency to address appropriate remedial measures, compliance assistance, steps to resolve issues to increase compliance with the labor laws, or other related matters.
