If copies that You have made of the Software and/or Licenced Materials fall into the hands of a third party, You agree that You will be responsible for paying Us within three (3) days from notification pursuant to S.2 clause 4.3, the full Licence and other fees connected with the use of these unauthorised copies.

The use of Accounts and Card Products are governed by and subject to the Card Program Documents.
