Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.
Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf.
Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.
Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.
Card means any card or other account access device we issue for the purpose of accessing your account.
Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.
Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.
Cardholder Information means any non-public, sensitive information about a Cardholder, including any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’s social security number, driver’s license or other identification number or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number.
Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.
Mail order pharmacy means a pharmacy licensed by this
Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the card;
Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.
Accountholder means any accountholder with a Clearing System which at the Determination Date has credited to its securities account with such Clearing System one or more Entries in respect of a Global Note, except for any Clearing System in its capacity as an accountholder of another Clearing System;

Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.
Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;
Ballot card means a ballot that can be counted using automatic tabulating equipment.
Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.
Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.
data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.
