CARG Manual of Procedures definition

CARG Manual of Procedures means the manual to be developed and adopted by the CARG Body setting forth the procedures for and the terms and conditions for the national competitive grant scheme to be established by the Recipient under Part 3.1(b) of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time in a manner satisfactory to the Association.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Procedures shall collectively mean DST’s transfer agency procedures manual, third party check procedures, checkwriting draft procedures, Compliance + and identity theft programs and signature guarantee procedures;
