Carrier Information definition

Carrier Information means (i) any Proprietary Information and any other data, materials or information owned or managed by Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliates or which Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliates are obligated to manage and/or protect on behalf of others: (a) provided to Supplier by Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliate; or (b) that Supplier collects, Processes, generates or uses for or on behalf of or at the direction of Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliate in providing the Services to Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliate; or (c) collected, Processed, generated, or used by Supplier or Supplier Personnel in providing the Services, including in each case metadata from Buyer’s or Buyer’s Affiliates’ use of the Services and derivatives of any of the foregoing (e.g., aggregations of Carrier Information, profiles of users of the Services, or analysis of the content of Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliate data records or how Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliate uses the Services) and (ii) Buyer Personal Information.

Examples of Carrier Information in a sentence

  • Client will treat as confidential all UPS Carrier Information and to only disclose UPS Carrier Information to parties having a bona fide interest in such UPS Carrier Information (e.g., the shipper, consignee or third party payor), on a need-to-know basis and only to the extent reasonably required for the performance of this Agreement, provided Client ensures such parties use the UPS Carrier Information in accordance with all restrictions of this Agreement.

  • Client acknowledges and agrees that actual shipping charges invoiced by UPS may differ from rates provided as UPS Carrier Information by the Hosted Services even when the Hosted Services provides Negotiated Rate Information.

  • If UPS Customer Solutions deletes a carrier from the Supported Carriers, Client may no longer use such Hosted Service, including the applicable Carrier Component, to access such carrier’s Carrier Information or Supported Carrier System.

  • Client may only use the tracking functionality of the Hosted Services to retrieve UPS Carrier Information related to shipments tendered by Client, a third party for delivery to Client, or on Client’s behalf (“Tendered Shipment”).

  • Client may use UPS Carrier Information for Client’s own personal or internal business purposes (as appropriate) associated with (i) shipping for Client’s own benefit, (ii) instructing a supplier to ship for Client’s benefit, or (iii) receiving packages through transportation services provided by UPS.

  • Client’s use of Carrier Information, and access to Supported Carrier Systems is further subject to any other terms and conditions that UPS Customer Solutions may provide to Client in writing or in electronic format, as so required by the applicable Supported Carrier, including, but not limited to the terms and conditions of Supported Carriers attached hereto as Schedule 2.

Related to Carrier Information

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Dealer Information means material concerning the Dealer provided by the Dealer in writing expressly for inclusion in the Private Placement Memorandum.

  • Borrower Information has the meaning given that term in Section 2.5.(c).

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.
