Cart away means the disposal of the surplus excavation materials away from the site. All waste material generated from such activities shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be removed from site and adequately disposed of. All material excavated or broken down is to be hauled onto trucks, adequately covered and transported to an approved dumping site as directed by the Contracting Authority.
