Cash Collateral Account Charge means, in respect of an Aircraft, the charge, pledge or other Lien over the Cash Collateral Account for that Aircraft in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Security Trustee (acting on the instructions of the ECA Agent which, in turn, is acting on the instructions of all of the ECA Lenders) granted (where required by the terms of this Agreement) by the Lessee in favour of:
