Cash Management Services Master Agreement means that certain Cash Management Services Master Agreement, dated as of January 29, 2009 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), between the Borrower and KeyBank National Association, together with all schedules and exhibits thereto (including, without limitation, the Automated Credit Sweep Service Schedule).
