Casual musician definition

Casual musician means a musician who is neither a permanent musician nor a fixed-term musician and who is engaged on a per call basis.
Casual musician means a professional musician who is not a permanent WASO musician nor a contract musician, and is engaged on a per-call basis and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Physician means a licensed practitioner of medical, surgical, dental, services or the healing arts including accredited Christian Science Practitioner, acting within the scope of his/her license. The treating physician cannot be the Insured, a Traveling Companion, a Family Member, or a Business Partner.

  • Autism spectrum disorders means any of the pervasive developmental disorders as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association, including autistic disorder, Asperger's disorder and pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified.[PL 2011, c. 420, Pt.   • Legally Qualified Physician means a physician or a Christian Science Practitioner (a) other than an Insured, a Traveling Companion or a Family Member: (b) practicing within the scope of his or her license: and (c) recognized as a physician in the place where the services are rendered.
