Casualty Loss Dispute Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(b).

Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;
Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.
Dispute Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(a).
Seller’s Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(a).
Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a).
Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Title Defect Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(a).
Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;
Tax Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.
Claims Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Indemnity Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(b).
Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).
Expected Claim Notice means a notice that, as a result of a legal proceeding instituted by or written claim made by a third party, an Indemnified Party reasonably expects to incur Damages for which it is entitled to indemnification under Article VI.
Notice of Disagreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
Objections Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(d).
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Reconciliation Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Title Defect as used herein shall mean any encumbrance, encroachment, irregularity, defect in or objection to Seller’s title to the Leases and Xxxxx (excluding Permitted Encumbrances) which would result in Seller not having Defensible Title.
Environmental Defect Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a).
Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Dispute Date means, with respect to a Dispute, the date on which a Dispute Notice is effectively delivered by one party to the other party save that if, with respect to a Dispute, both parties deliver a Dispute Notice, the date on which the first in time of such notices is effectively delivered will be the Dispute Date. Each Dispute Notice will be effectively delivered if delivered in the manner agreed between the parties for the giving of notices in respect of this Agreement.
Casualty Loss means, with respect to all or any portion of the Assets, any destruction by fire, storm or other casualty, or any condemnation or taking or threatened condemnation or taking, of all or any portion of the Assets.
Disputed Item has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b).
Third Party Claim Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy.
