Category 1 Requests definition

Category 1 Requests has the meaning set forth in the Primary Servicing Agreements for the SunTrust Loans and the MM Loans.
Category 1 Requests has the meaning set forth in the Primary Servicing Agreements for the Principal Loans, the WaMu Loans and the JHREF Loans and, with respect to the Principal Loans, shall also include "Deemed Category 1 Requests" as defined in the related Primary Servicing Agreement.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Critical Component means, in respect of a weapons system referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Contract, a component used specifically in the production of the weapon system or plays a direct role in the lethality of the weapon system.
