Category II definition

Category II means any dangerous drug that is not included in category III.
Category II shall refer to those job classifications that do require competitive examinations. [See Article I, Section 1.1(b)]

Category II. Vehicle” means a vehicle with a GVW greater than 6,000 pounds up to 26,000 pounds.
