Examples of CBS Group in a sentence

  • The CBS Services Manager will work with the personnel of the CBS Group to periodically address issues and matters raised by the Entercom Group relating to the provision of Services under this Agreement.

  • Each member of the Acquiror Group shall execute and deliver to CBS (or such member of the CBS Group as CBS shall designate) any power of attorney or other similar document reasonably requested by CBS (or such designee) in connection with any Tax Contest (as to which CBS is the Controlling Party) described in this Article 9 within 2 Business Days of such request.

  • Acquiror and Radio shall be liable for, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the CBS Group and any CBS Indemnified Party from and against any liability for, Taxes for which Acquiror or Radio is responsible under this Article 2.

  • The Subscription Right shall be assignable, in whole or in part and from time to time, by CBS to any member of the CBS Group.

Related to CBS Group

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.
