CBS News Content definition

CBS News Content means any current news Television Content (excluding, for avoidance of doubt, any archival Content or television/radio program outtakes and the content to be supplied by MarketWatch to CBS in connection with the Broadcast Personnel Agreement to be entered into between the parties herewith) related to business and financial issues and contained in CBS News' regularly scheduled hard news broadcasts, scheduled special events coverage and unscheduled live breaking news coverage which CBS has the right to license for use on the Internet. (Nothing herein shall be construed to grant MarketWatch any rights to CBS Radio Content or any Content of CBS Cable [i.e., Content contained in coverage or broadcasts of the CBS Radio division of CBS and/or CBS Cable]).
CBS News Content means any Audio Product produced by the CBS Broadcasting division or CBS NEWS (or produced for CBS NEWS as a work made for hire), whenever created.

  • Each party shall notify the other of all errors, omissions, and/or inaccuracies in transmission or transcription of the CBS News Content within forty-eight (48) hours after it becomes aware thereof.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • World Wide Web means an information browsing framework that allows a user to locate and access information stored on a remote computer and to follow references from one computer to related information on another computer; and

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the FCA Handbook;
