CCC Collateral Obligation. A Collateral Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation or a Deferring Obligation) with an S&P Rating of “CCC+” or lower. “CCC Excess”: An amount equal to the excess of the Principal Balance of all CCC Collateral Obligations over an amount equal to 17.5% of the Collateral Principal Amount as of such date of determination; provided that, in determining which of the CCC Collateral Obligations shall be included in the CCC Excess, the CCC Collateral Obligations with the lowest Market Value (expressed as a percentage of the outstanding Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligations as of such date of determination) shall be deemed to constitute such CCC Excess.
