CCC Excess definition

CCC Excess. The amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Aggregate Principal Balance of all S&P CCC Collateral Obligations over an amount equal to 17.5% of the Collateral Principal Amount as of such date of determination; provided that in determining which of the S&P CCC Collateral Obligations shall be included in the CCC Excess, the S&P CCC Collateral Obligations with the lowest Market Value (expressed as a percentage of the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligations as of such date of determination) shall be deemed to constitute such CCC Excess.
CCC Excess means the amount equal to the excess of the Maximum Principal Balance of all CCC Collateral Loans over an amount equal to 35% of the Total Capitalization as of such date of determination; provided that in determining which of the CCC Collateral Loans shall be included in the CCC Excess, the CCC Collateral Loans with the lowest Market Value (expressed as a percentage of the Maximum Principal Balance of each such Collateral Loan as of such date of determination) shall be deemed to constitute such CCC Excess.
CCC Excess means the excess, if any, by which the Aggregate Principal Balance of all CCC Underlying Assets exceeds 7.5% of the Maximum Investment Amount; provided that, in determining which of the CCC Underlying Assets shall be included in the CCC Excess, the CCC Underlying Assets with the lowest Current Market Value Percentage shall be deemed to constitute such CCC Excess.
